The dress features a cowl-neck halter with triangular underbust cut-outs, exposed low-cut back and fabric tie details, finished with a raw hem and edging. FIT: designed to be fitted through bust and hips, slightly relaxed through skirt. Dress is accessed through invisible zipper and hook and eye closure at back, not bra friendly.
