A line drawing by Betony Dircks was transformed into this magical mini dress by Alémais for their Resort ‘24 Runway Show collection for Australian Fashion Week 2023. “A psychedelic 70’s inspired cloud scape has been expertly hand beaded by skilled artisans in India to create The Five Beaded Mini Dress. The Five is a nod to the artistic and spiritual collective of Hilma af Klint and their radical experimentation. The piece, worked on during our time with the artisans, is a piece of master craftsmanship.
